| Oliver’s Restaurant offers an extensive a la carte menu and daily table d’hôte menu for enhanced dining diversity. An improved wine list has been added, and the food and beverage staff has received intensive service training. An open-air, beachfront establishment, Oliver’s will afford views as spectacular as the Creole and international cuisine being served.
Sea & Surf Bar: for a cool refreshment any time of day, or a pre- or post-dinner cocktail. This bar is located adjacent to Oliver’s, near the pool terrace. At the Sea & Surf Bar, guests can savor fine wines, top-shelf liquor and special tropical drinks, including the Spice Fantasy. Sea & Surf offers an a la carte menu featuring light tropical salads, grilled items and other appetizing specialties. The Resident’s Lounge: framed by large French windows and doors that open onto the pool terrace and into the bar, the lounge provides a quiet haven so guests can read (after picking a selection from the small library), relax, or play a game of cards, backgammon or checkers. |
